Your money never waits on us. Connect your own Paystack or Hubtel keys and customer payments settle directly into your account — PaalFi only invoices its share afterwards. Prefer not to set up a gateway? Collect through the platform instead and get paid out.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Do I need a public IP or port-forwarding?
No. Your router dials out to PaalFi over WireGuard, so it works behind Starlink, CGNAT, or a SIM router. If the router can reach the internet, PaalFi can reach the router.
Which routers are supported?
MikroTik running RouterOS v7 — from a hAP lite in a café to a rack CCR. Any model that can run WireGuard works.
What counts as a "sale"?
Successful customer payments recorded in PaalFi — portal purchases, voucher sales, and payments you record against customers. Failed or refunded payments don't count.
What happens if I don't pay an invoice?
Nothing at first — you have a 7-day grace window. After that the account pauses until the invoice is settled, and reactivates automatically the moment it is.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes. Add your own Paystack or Hubtel keys and customer money settles straight to you. Or skip the setup and collect through the platform's gateway.
Is the school feature extra?
No. Student rosters, class-hours windows and the rest are part of every account — ask us to switch the school tools on.
